Mr. Specks was the horse that waited patiently, who called to me for his ride when I got home from school and
work and we would take off for a couple of hours free as the wind. All the lovely animals on this page belonged
to my children, I was strapper to most of them at shows. Some came and stayed but as the children grew out
of their pony it was passed on for someone else to love and a new one came for us to love. Many happy years we enjoyed
as a family affair with our much loved and bigger 4-legged friends.

Like the dogs and cats, these
are but a few of the horses, we also had cows who came when called, we didn't have a donkey but my Douglas always said he
was the donkey for putting up with us. My Life with animals has been full and even at my age I would still like to get
up and ride. Unfortunately all these lovely horses are now gone. Judy is still into horses and shows her English
Riding ponies, Jane also has a horse for pleasure. My children learned so much from the animals, especially when they
helped with the serving of the mares. I must admit I miss the Life.
